Welcome!

We hope you will explore our sports offerings below and add to the fun by participating. Many important character traits, including leadership, patience, courtesy, responsibility, and dedication, are developed through playing sports, and we believe you will be blessed by the teamwork, community, and friendship you experience. We are continuing to build our program and anticipate even more opportunities being added in the future.

If you have questions about the requirements, time commitments, rules, practices, schedules, tournaments, etc. or have interest in starting or coaching a team, please contact Mr. Brian Kempfert, Athletic Director.

Requirements To Participate

- Physical exam within the last year with no physician reservations to recommend student for participation

- Payment of $20 Athletic Fee per year/ per sport (with a cap of no more than $50 for an individual student per school year)

Rules

Sports played through Unity Ridge Middle School use the same rules outlined for high school by the Iowa High School Athletic Association and the Iowa High School Girls Athletic Union.
